Our Facility
Powdering Plant
Powdering plant consists of two stage air swept hammer mills with cyclone separators and volumetric delivering airlock valves. In this system ground materials will be in ambient condition. Hence the powdered material nutritional benefits will be intact and there is loss of volatile contents from the final product. All the unit operations in the plant is minimally contact with human elements.
All the operations are stream lined with auto feeding. Plant also have two inbuilt dust collector which will separates dust and air and discharges clean air to the atmosphere.
Silos & Store
Facility has silos and store both final products and semifinished products in sealed condition. Packaging facility also provided. Above said all the plant facility are made of food grade material SS-304. External body frame and structure is made of MS material.
Rotary Type
Continuous Roaster
Cleaned raw material Soaked in water, dried with controlled atmosphere and roasted with rotary type continuous roaster, which in house designed and developed suitable all kinds of raw materials and especially for heat sensitive materials.
